IDPA is a shooting sport that simulates self-defense scenarios and real life encounters. One of the unique facets of this sport is that it is geared toward the new or average shooter, yet is fun, challenging and rewarding for the experienced shooter. Our matches are great practice for those who carry concealed or are looking to hone home defense sklls. IDPA is not just a sport for men, women are encouraged to participate in monthly matches too! IDPA developed the sport so that practical gear and practical guns may be used competitively. No special equipment is required. The main goal is to test the skill and ability of the individual, not equipment or gamesmanship.
All matches are open to the General Public.
IDPA membership is not required in order to participate.
Matches are held on the third Saturday of each month.
